How to Let JK BMS Communicate with The Inverter?
Even though the JK BMS can manage the battery pack well on its own, you may still want it to be able to communicate with the inverter so that you can manage your battery pack more efficiently.. However, one of the challenges of using a JK-BMS is that it uses its private protocol that is not supported by most inverters.

JK inverter BMS CAN bus wiring | DIY Solar Power Forum
The BMS and inverter are working well separately, but i want to try the CAN bus communication using the PylonTech protocol. The TP6048 manual says that the CANH is on pin 6 of the RJ45 port, and the CANL is pin 7. I have set the JK BMS for PylonTech. I cannot find any pinout of the JK inverter BMS port.
Victron BMS-CAN to JK BMS CAN
The new JK BMS with the CAN/RS485 port can be either RS485 or CAN. It is suppled with either when ordered, but not both protocols. The last letter C in the model number means that has a CAN port. Be aware that tere are two models of the JK 485 adapters. Is the JK 485 adapter both RS485/CANbus?

I use the wires and resistor to by pass the breaker I have between the BMS and the inverter and the BMS is on and does not trigger an alarm while the caps are being filled and the breaker is off. The JK inverter BMS does have CAN H on pin 4 and CAN L on pin 5 on the second RJ45 jack from the LEDs on the expansion board. That''s counting in the traditional L-R method!! I connected that to the left VE.CAN port on the Cerbo. The right VE.CAN has a CAN terminator. The CAN was configured using option 4 on the JK BMS.
