Charging with Wyze Solar Panel
Wyze Solar Panel will stop charging the attached Wyze Cam Outdoor v1/v2 or Wyze Battery Cam Pro once the battery level reaches 100%. Once the battery level drops below 90%, the solar panel will resume charging the camera. Wyze Solar Panel needs direct sunlight in order to charge. It will not charge during the night.
My Wyze Solar Panel is not charging my Wyze Cam Outdoor.
Make sure your Wyze Solar Panel is securely connected to your Wyze Cam Outdoor using the included power adapter and cables. Check that the camera is turned on and has power. Remove the rubber cover on the back of the camera and slide the power button from left (off) to right (on). Make sure the solar panel is receiving direct sunlight.
